By using Warriors Krav Online’s website, you agree to comply and be bound by all changes that occur to these Terms and Conditions.
It is highly recommended that you regularly review these Terms and Conditions in order to become aware of any new additions. However, by using any part of Warriors Krav Maga Online, you agree that you are constructively aware of all terms set below, even if these terms have recently been added. Anyone undertaking the study of Krav Maga and its derivative martial arts techniques assumes that it is an activity that presents real and, at times, substantial risk of physical injury. Warriors Krav Online is offering instruction in martial arts moves in a media that prohibits direct supervision by Warriors Krav Maga instructors. As a result, Nick Hughes and Warriors Krav Maga Online provide NO guarantees that Members will not pull a muscle, break a bone, suffer cuts, bruises, or any other physical injuries related to martial arts practice during the time they participate in any Warriors Krav Maga Online course of instruction or programs. If you have any doubts concerning your physical abilities to undertake training from Warriors Krav Maga Online’s website, we strongly encourage you to consult with your physician before becoming a member.

All users assume the risk of death or other personal injury sustained while participating in such activities, whether or not caused by negligence or other fault of Warriors Krav Maga online.

Under no circumstances and under no legal or equitable theory, whether in tort, contract, strict liability, or otherwise, shall Nick Hughes, Warriors Krav Maga Online, its employees, directors, officers, agents, vendors, or suppliers be liable to you or to any other person for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses or damages of any nature arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use our web site.
